Hello, I just stumbled upon your website. I haven't yet explored all the wonderful information you have on your site because I got too excited to share with you my son's pictures and story.

He, like you, has no history of any family members with syndacyly. He also only has it on his left foot and hasn't any sydromes, etc. I can feel two bones in his "super toe" and he does have two seperate nails.

I love his toe and I hope he will too. If he is old enough to where I can trust his decision making abilities and wants them seperated, I will let him but I don't see going thru such a major surgery for something that just isn't wrong in the first place :) Can't wreck the little heart his super toe made during his hospital foot print!
