William L. Luken was loved by his spouse, children, and grandchildren. He spared no effort to help others, not just family and friends, but also strangers. His credits include time as a Scoutmaster for a troop of Boy Scouts, service with the St. Vincent de Paul Society, hosting a foreign exchange student from Finland, and president of the Wright-Patterson AFB Florida Retirees Association. Countless other contributions have not been recorded.
